I stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment for 2 nights while exploring the nearby New Zealand Maritime Museum and Auckland Art Gallery. The spacious room provided a nice comfort after a day of sightseeing, and I appreciated the views of the city from my balcony. The staff was helpful when I asked for information on local attractions, although the access to parking could have been better communicated, considering the one-way streets in the area.

I stayed in a nice size and well-equipped room with 2 large bedrooms and a beautiful balcony as expected. The service was excellent, including an easy check-in. Besides, I was able to park onsite. The hotel had indeed a prime and comfortable location to tell me about the road works in the area.

The views from our balcony were amazing, as we
Watched the ferries and sailboats in the harbor. The spacious two-bedroom apartment was well-equipped, but the kitchenware could use an upgrade. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect for exploring Auckland's attractions.

The views from the large private balcony were fine, particularly at sunset, making our stay nice.
The kitchen equipment was lacking, particularly the pots and pans were of lower quality than expected.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. The kitchen equipment was lacking. The pots and pans weren't up to par, and the washing machine didn't feel clean. The noise from outside was a real issue, particularly on weekends, and even when moved to a higher floor, it didn't improve significantly. The swimming pool was out of service, and the building felt dated-with visible wear and tear like unfinished flooring and exposed cables in hallways.

Very well situated, close to harbour, ferries and shops.
Noise from large scale extractor fan ( over adjacent shopping mall?) - go for a higher floor ( we were on 11). Charging for credit card use - only time in 4 weeks travel within nz.
